Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you have the right to return your item according to the terms below.

Return Period

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible.

  • You must contact us before sending the product back.

Returns sent without contacting us first unfortunately cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

Return Address

Since we work with multiple warehouses and suppliers, the return address may vary depending on the product.

Please contact us at boopcustomer@gmail.com with your order number to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Sale Items

Products sold at a discount or during promotional campaigns cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the product and the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
